Brusselicious 2012, a gourmet odyssey

BRUSSELICIOUS.. This mouthwatering name is actually the name given to this year's celebration of the gastonomy in Brussels. This original initiative will highlight the local products and their producers as well as their talent and creativity. This year, Brussels will host numerous of activities, exhibits and events where the culinary delights will be omnipresent, including:

• The Brusselicious Breakfast: belgian smoked bacon, abbey cheese, Rochefort butter, fresh apple juice, craquelin, starwberry jam, pâte à tartiner au chocolat, Brussels waffle and honey
  
  
• The Brusselicious Menu: Discover our dedicated  Brusselicious Menu at €30 including:
                  -  Aspargus salad with lemon
                  -  Chicken from Gibecq, rhubarb chutney
                  -  "Cuberdon" ice-cream
  
  
  

Since 2009, the Crescendo restaurant strives to make our guests discover the local products and producers by providing them 100% Belgian menus. This initiative, led by all the chefs of the Starwood Brussels Hotels group, pefrectly matches with the main purpose of Brusselicious.
