Brusselicious 2012, a gourmet odyssey

BRUSSELICIOUS... This year's celebration of gastronomy in Brussels. This original initiative will highlight local products and their producers as well as their talent and creativity. This year, Brussels will host numerous activities, exhibits and events where culinary delights will be everywhere, including:

The Brusselicious Breakfast:

Belgian smoked bacon, abbey cheese, Rochefort butter, fresh apple juice, craquelin, starwberry jam, pâte à tartiner au chocolat, Brussels waffle and honey

The Brusselicious Menu:

Discover our dedicated  Brusselicious Menu at €30 including:

- Zucchini and Belgian chicory salad with pigeon zinnebier and Brussels honey vinaigrette
- Ravioli of celery with grey shrimps mousseline of potatoes and chestnut
- French toast with gingerbread and speculoos ice cream

Since 2009, Crescendo restaurant strives to make our guests discover the local products and producers by providing them 100% Belgian menus. This initiative, led by all the chefs of the Starwood Brussels Hotels group, pefrectly matches with the main purpose of Brusselicious.
