The chef is one of the creators of the "100% Belgian" project launched in 2008 by the Chefs
of Starwoood Hotels in Brussels.
His vision: "In Belgium there is a unique "know-how" implemented by renowned artisans,
and this plan highlights this "Savoir-Faire" and allows us to meet these passionate persons."
